Egg salad in Egg shells

Why not serve egg salad in the eggs' natural containers?

How to assemble: Tap a knife on raw egg to open top end; pour out yolk and white and save for another use. Simmer shells in water, cool and dry. Remove carton top; spoon prepared egg salad into each shell, top with kelp caviar and nest in the carton with a small wooden spoon.
